Saturday December 31st. 50 minute workout. 35 minute run plus some body weight exercises. Did pull-ups, chin-ups and hanging ab crunches; 1 set to failure. Then, 1 set of push-ups, 20, and added a new exercise at the end. Push-ups but when in upward position....lifted one arm up to sky...twisting body as well. Great workout today...but was in a rush.
