BUILD A BETTER BUTT!

Want a better butt?  Here are some ideas to help build a better butt: Walking: hills/incline/decline Jogging: foreword and reverse Jump rope: alternate legs / skipping / marching in place Walking lunges forward reverse If donā€™t have access to hills, try the treadmill hill program or manual incline.  Or, with holidays near, maybe itā€™s time to invest in a personal home treadmill.  Have fun!
