FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT I COMPLETED A REPEAT OF THURSDAY'S WORKOUT. EVERYTHING WAS EXACTLY THE SAME EXCEPT FOR TIME. I STARTED THIS WORKOUT AT 12:07 AND FINISHED AT 12:21. THAT IS 14 MINUTES TOTAL; A MINUTE FASTER THAN THURSDAY'S WORKOUT!
My lunch hour is 30 minutes. I thought to myself, "I need to start working out again," after starting my new 6 month "gig" this past June 2018. With such little time for a workout I devised a "combination" workout that utilizes the entire body at once for 15 minutes. The following is the workout I completed. And yes; 15 minutes on the dot! Though, next time I am bringing my cellphone to have google maps record my workout length and time as evidence to prove myself. Here is the "15 Minute Workout: Jogging/Calisthenics - 7 minutes 20 push-ups 1 minute alternating leg lifts (scissors) 16 Single-arm high planks (8 each arm/alternating) Combination - 7 minutes: 10 Squat to bicep-curl to overhead presses Dumbbells 1 minutes 8 Standing one arm lat pulls (each arm)
