FOR TODAY'S WORKOUT I COMPLETED A REPEAT OF THURSDAY'S WORKOUT. EVERYTHING WAS EXACTLY THE SAME EXCEPT FOR TIME.  I STARTED THIS WORKOUT AT 12:07 AND FINISHED AT 12:21. THAT IS 14 MINUTES TOTAL; A MINUTE FASTER THAN THURSDAY'S WORKOUT!

My lunch hour is 30 minutes. I thought to myself, "I need to start working out again," after starting my new 6 month "gig" this past June 2018.  With such little time for a workout I devised a "combination" workout that utilizes the entire body at once for 15 minutes.  The following is the workout I completed.  And yes; 15 minutes on the dot! Though, next time I am bringing my cellphone to have google maps record my workout length and time as evidence to prove myself. Here is the "15 Minute Workout: Jogging/Calisthenics - 7 minutes 20 push-ups 1 minute alternating leg lifts (scissors) 16 Single-arm high planks (8 each arm/alternating) Combination - 7 minutes: 10 Squat to bicep-curl to overhead presses Dumbbells 1 minutes 8 Standing one arm lat pulls (each arm)

" FATE NEVER CHANGES" PHILOSOPHICAL AND IDEOLOGICAL ANALYSIS It is evident from what I have read that the new "Halloween" movie this fall is starting as if none of the movies after part 2 ever existed. WHY? If Michael Myers lives forever because he is a "evil" killer.  What about his sister Laurie Strode?  Does Laurie have the eternal life gene or is it specifically for the killer?  Apparently not if she is revived in this movie as well.  Despite, the marketing campaign to suggest that no other movie beyond the 2nd movie ever existed. Brilliant in the land of oz!  Thus, the two children who survived the mass murdering rampage of Michael Myers are alive as well! Makes me wonder? Mr & Mrs Sandman?

PHILOSOPHICAL AND IDEOLOGICAL ANALYSIS This scene represents the solution to the Rubics Cube: taking the cube apart and putting it back together. In support of this statement take a look at the  trash can. To me the trash can represents throwing something out or to discard of something. As I peer at the writing on the trash can I can see the words  "system disposal." Then, after the  character in this scene transforms from one disguise to another via a "superpower," a golden rope representing truth is thrown atop a building in which this character pulls themselves up to the top.  What does this all mean? What is the symbolism in the accessories? To me, in a nutshell means a job and/or work!  One job in which I received after completing a "job spell." And it is apparent that it is a spell that nor I or anyone else can undue.

BURN AWAY BODY FAT THROUGH JOGGING! Jogging is one of the best ways to stay fit.  It is also a very efficient exercise for burning calories.  To estimate the amount of calories burned during a jogging / run session utilize the  "Net Calorie"  burn formula: “0.63 x (weight lbs) X  total number of miles ran.”  This "net calorie" formula measures calories burned minus basal metabolic rate/metabolism. This is considered the best way to estimate actual calories burned. Example: for a 150 pound male or female jogger who just completed a 5 mile run. Fossil fuels such as oil are often "non-recyclable" and not considered to be biodegradable even though they are organic matter. Oil, an organic compound comes from the ground.  It is then processed into various forms such as a plastic glass or a plastic bag. The question I have is why then are these plastics considered non-biodegradable? Why would the USA decide that less people paying into our system is better than more people?  I mean, lets say that there are 10 people paying income taxes 1 is a legal resident and 9 are illegal immigrants.  All, 10 are working in the USA and Paying USA State, Federal and local income taxes. Lets also say that of the 10 working people the 9 illegal immigrants were bringing in MORE income per person that the 1 American Citizen.  The 1 American Citizen was also on government / public assistance because of low paying work as an educator for the other 9 illegal immigrants! So, the USA decides to deport the 9 illegal immigrants.  Thus, the funding for the 1 American Citizen whose an educator on public assistance will decrease? Then, what would happen to the government salaries of the elected officials and public educators aka civil servants?  QUESTION: Would there be enough funding from tax payer dollars to fund the necessary public assistance programs?  USA Trump administration

I hope the "Feds" understand what "time-period" they are in?  I would sure hope current events are not past or former events being replayed for laughter...lol...ha ha ha?! PLEASE, do what your duties are paying you to do and nothing else! Don't sue your BOSS! DOES THIS FLAG MEAN THE OPPOSITE? OR DOES THE NUMBER 13 MEAN EXACTLY WHAT IT SHOULD? IF it were the opposite as our current administration prefers it (but won't have it anymore that way!) then it would be opposite for the British 13 colonies! After all, VIKINGS were here long before the British!! AND? Or, do the FEDS prefer this flag? Either way, you lose trump administration...you'll lose because the current administration is actually who? But, you all don't need to tell me that do you!
