TIME TRAINING!

Conventional training and workouts often deny "stamina" frequently referred to as physical endurance or the amount of time a body can sustain physical activity over time. AKA Length of time able to physically sustain in the "bedroom!"  Triathlon for instance requires the body to be "ACTIVE" for the entirety of the event! The " Olympic - distance triathlon"  includes a 0.93-mile (1.5K) swim, a 24.8-mile (40K) bike and a 6.2-mile (10K) run. -  https://www.active.com/triathlon/articles/9-reasons-olympic-triathlons-are-the-best-distance Therefore, what is the overall time to complete the event? How long must a body be active to complete such an event? Maybe 30 minutes for the swim, 40 minutes for the run and another 1 hours for the bike.
