PROPERTY LEASE: MICHAEL JOSEPH HUPERTZ DBA UNIVERSAL FITNESS 810-86-8591
Me: I require a 25 year lease or contract, I, Michael Joseph Hupertz, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with PE K-12, B.S. Kinesiology / PE Community Fitness University of Illinois, Chicago, born 12/09/1971 Gary, Indiana at 2:25pm \ Legal Resident of San Francisco, 94114, currently at 18th and Castro Street Corner.
The lease / contract includes rent or room/board for a specified amount of time: i.e. 6-12 months with a 90 trial period. Along with payment for work i.e personal fitness training! My personal training rate is $250 per hour. This rate is based upon work as “Matt Steel” at the Nob Hill Theater in San Francisco for a 20 minute “private dance” session. Therefore, it is expected that since there are 3 20 minute sessions per hour that either there will be 1 client per hour or 3 making 3 times $250 for a grand total of $750 per hour or 3 clients per hour making $250 per client for a maximum of 3 clients per hour.
Michael Joseph Hupertz acknowledges he would thus receive $250 of the $750 generated for such 1 hour period. Perhaps 3 clients per hour would be suggested? Then, utilizing the same payment format, Michael Acknowledges he would receive $750 of the $2,250 generated for 3 hours of work as a Personal Trainer under EIN 810-86-8591 - health and fitness education.
It is also understood that there are 24 hours in a day and thus Michael Joseph Hupertz acknowledges he will generate funding to supply such property with quality food / shelter room / or board etc, medical insurance, and allowance/paycheck for property, meaning ALL bills and or property expenses paid. Such as has been done via San Francisco Human Services via 5th and Bryant and 18th and Castro Street locations.
Michael Joseph Hupertz also acknowledges he holds additional residencies: Atlanta, GA, Tampa, FL, and Michigan City, IN with voter registrations and ID records to prove such if needed.
Michael Joseph Hupertz understands that such occurs and is legally binding in that CA Drivers License Y2132657 is a mailing address with a free rental agreement included as such and already experienced with and recorded as such via a California Benefits Card: 92811483F60265. Any deviation from such presents Michael Joseph Hupertz with the legal obligation to property rights and thus the legal right to attain such property via legal or other authorized means of which by law is practiced within the marketplace to obtain or withdraw illegal trespassers from said property. This includes injury and moreover utilized within the marketplace, death.
Michael has been accustomed to training over a non common communication network or court "Hearing" aka "U" Network of which he has experience working, conducting business and generating income / money / federal funds with example: MOVIEWATCHER66. All constitutional amendments apply to Michael Joseph Hupertz including the right to bear arms and the right to protection of such constitution, declaration of independence etc as depicted again via 810-86-8591. - Michael Joseph Hupertz
